Never ending is my search for calcium rich foods and vegetable sources of iron. Enter - Quinoa Greens! Like millions of others, I am anemic and all that means is, anemia can be a result of low iron levels in the body. The body needs iron in order to make hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is a necessary component of blood because it carries oxygen. So if I don't get enough iron, essentially I don't get enough oxygen casing through my blood.
