When I say "superfood smoothies" I mean fresh pressed juice based smoothies with superfoods added for maximum nutrition. Every juice cleanse I facilitate or deliver to someone, I include super food blends appropriate for the season. Certain superfoods are great all year round, simply because they work their magic on a cumulative level. Ingredients like chia, maca root powder, raw cacao, blue green algae, seaweed and re-hydrated or frozen super berries make your smoothie blends taste great and provide some of the most complete nutrition you can find on the planet.

Sunday's Detox Tip : It's soup season, and also a great opportunity to throw in (and disguise) some super healthy ingredients that help remove built up toxins in the blood and also are known to help reduce inflammation. In your next soup, consider throwing in some roots like burdock, ginger, beets (and their greens) and turmeric!
